I saw Best Buy has the Dell S3220DGF which is 1440p and 32 inches. If you want a fantastic 32" monitor than this is it, don't get hung up on the VA aspect. I find it much more immersive than the LG (of course the larger size and curve help a lot).Īny critiques about the Dell's ghosting or smearing or colors in my opinion pale in comparison to the ugly IPS glow of the LG. The contrast is just great, and it really lends itself to late night gaming. Maybe I don't have an eye for the supposedly clearer motion of the LG, but the Dell is liquid smooth as far as I'm concerned. Scrolling in dark mode at night with white text is obviously not as good as the LG, but that's a minor complaint. My main concern was inverse ghosting and smearing but I've only noticed ghosting in one game (Diablo 3) in a specific instance. Disclaimer: I'm quite color blind so I'm not a good source for color accuracy. I bought it at the same time as the LG 27GL83A-B because I wanted to see them side by side.
